New client intake - must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) Open new claims with the Insurance Adjuster Monitor clients medical treatments Gather evidence: medical records, bills, police report, photos, etc. Preparing Demands Negotiating Lien Reductions and Disbursal You must have excellent customer service skills, be dependable, compassionate, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
