In this role, you will serve as a trusted insurance advisor, working closely with clients and prospects to understand their goals, identify potential risks, and recommend appropriate coverage solutions. Supported by a collaborative team and strong carrier partnerships, you will have the resources needed to develop your network, expand your book of business, and create long-term client relationships.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Build new business opportunities by developing relationships through networking events, community engagement, referrals, and centers of influence.
• Generate organic revenue growth by cultivating prospect pipelines and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships.
• Strengthen client retention by identifying account rounding opportunities and introducing solutions that address evolving insurance needs.
• Conduct proactive outreach through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-up activities to engage prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deliver exceptional service that earns client trust and supports long-term loyalty.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity within the agency management system to support operational excellence and business growth.

What You Bring

Day One:

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of sales experience
• Active Life & Health Insurance License or Property & Casualty Insurance License, or the ability to obtain licensure upon hire
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Valuable Additions:

• Experience working within the insurance industry
• Knowledge of AMS360 Agency Management System
• Prior experience developing client relationships, generating referrals, or supporting business development efforts
• Demonstrated passion for contributing to a high-performing and growth-oriented team

Pay Range: Posted below*

*Any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with applicable state pay transparency laws, considering relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis. Roles may also be eligible for a supplemental compensation, such as performance-based bonus, commission, or equity. Specific eligibility will be discussed with Talent Acquisition team.

Pay Range

$50,000—$150,000 USD
