What You’ll Do

• Manage a patient panel with an average of 12-15 patients daily within hematology and oncology specialties
• Provide outpatient care in a dedicated Oncology center alongside other established providers
• Offer light call coverage (beeper only for established patients, 2-5 calls per week)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient interactions accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards

What You Need
Required:

• Valid medical license in Virginia
• Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
• At least 2 years of oncology-specific clinical experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in outpatient oncology centers
• Long-term commitment to the practice site
• Ability to drive or commute regularly to Martinsville, VA
