Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist | Anesthesiology - General/Other Location: Louisiana Employer: TotalMed Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position LocumJobsOnline is working with TotalMed Staffing to find a qualified Anesthesiology CRNA in Louisiana! Peds dental anesthesia Location & Facility Rural CAH in North Caddo, LA. Two ORs. Easygoing, collaborative team w/ MA, RN, dentist, and ER physician support as needed. Role Overview Independent CRNA model. Peds dental cases: extractions, fillings, caps. Mostly nasally intubated sedation; dentist support consistent. Patient Population All peds, typically ages 2–12. Large Autism pt population. Must have 2+ yrs peds exp. Schedule 8 shifts/mo. Mainly Mon/Fri, 6a–2:30/3p. ~12 cases/day split by 2 CRNAs; ~6 cases per CRNA/day. Support & Workflow Dental support always present. Three peds dentists rotate weekly/daily. Gen surg + endo run Tues–Thurs. EMR & Documentation Cerner EMR; charting on paper.
