Job Details

IQ is recruiting for a dependable and hardworking production operator to join a busy food manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position operating production equipment, monitoring the production line, and making sure products are produced safely and efficiently.


Hours:


• 1st shift; 5:15am to 3:15pm; Monday to Thursday


• 2nd shift: 2:30pm to 12:30am; Monday to Thursday


Pay:


• $19.52 and up


Duties:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor breading room production equipment and conveyor systems.
  • Perform equipment and production area checks before starting production.
  • Operate tote dumpers and monitor equipment for proper operation.
  • Monitor batter and breading flow and make adjustments as needed.
  • Check products for proper size and quality and remove damaged or incorrect product.
  • Keep conveyor hoppers supplied and help maintain consistent production rates.
  • Break up product clumps and correct leaks or other production issues.
  • Palletize finished product and move materials as needed.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment problems to supervisors.
  • Follow all food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Keep equipment and the production area clean and organized.
