Senior Manager, FP&A, UCAN Scripted Series

Overview Senior Manager, UCAN TV Financial Planning & Analysis for the Scripted TV Series team. Drives financial planning, provides strategic insights, and partners cross‑functionally to support growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead near‑ and long‑term P&L and cash flow forecasting for the Scripted Series business Own headcount planning and people cost management Conduct financial scenario analyses to support strategic decision‑making and business scaling Develop and enhance financial KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to drive insights Partner cross‑functionally to evolve financial frameworks supporting management and GAAP reporting Prepare and deliver slate review presentations, synthesizing performance across the Series portfolio Support the implementation of dynamic financial planning tools and drive automation across systems and processes Coordinate forecasts and consolidations across multiple stakeholders Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing FP&A team Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and outputs as the business evolves Qualifications Highly analytical & strategic, strong communicator Strong understanding of related accounting guidance Initiative in anticipating and exceeding senior executive demands Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment Passion for content and Netflix culture Requirements 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Planning Extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative financial analysis Proficiency with financial systems and automated reporting tools (Oracle, Anaplan, Workday, etc.) Financial systems implementation experience a plus Superior proficiency with Excel and complex financial modeling Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance; MBA a plus Benefits Competitive base salary ($325,000–$500,000) and stock options.
