Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Rehabilitation\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 09/14/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, nights\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs\n Hours: 36 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Sep 14, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 1\n Description\n American Traveler is hiring a Rehab RN for a 13-week inpatient rehabilitation hospital assignment requiring PA or compact RN licensure and 2 years of experience.Details\n \n Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital with 59 beds, including 11 beds in a locked neuro unit\n Patient population includes stroke, TBI, post-orthopedic surgery, and MVA cases\n Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 or 1:7, with tech ratio of 1:12\n Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM\n Every other weekend requirement\n No on-call requirements\n Uses Epic EMR\n Equipment used includes Hoyer lifts, glucometers, and INR machines\n Requirements\n \n Active RN license (PA or compact state accepted)\n Current BLS certification required (AHA certifications required)\n Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required\n Rehab or acute care experience preferred\n Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration\n Active Nursys licensure verification required at time of consideration\n Additional Information\n \n Provide nursing care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury\n Facility holds Joint Commission Certification with specialty Stroke and Brain Injury Certification programs\n Facility is CARF accredited\n Navy blue scrubs required for nursing staff\n Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility\n Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible\n Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-756237.
