Job Description Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Manage probate and trust administration matters from beginning to resolution. Advise clients on estate planning strategies, wealth transfer, and tax considerations. Prepare and review estate, gift, and related tax filings. Draft sophisticated trust documents, including irrevocable and tax-focused planning vehicles. Conduct legal research and provide practical solutions to complex trusts and estates matters. Communicate regularly with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and other professionals. Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service. Qualifications Active Washington Bar license. 2+ years of estate planning and probate law experience. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Collaborative mindset with strong organizational skills. LL.M. in Tax is a plus. Additional years of trusts and estates experience are welcomed. Candidates from private practice, including solo practice, are encouraged to apply.
