Industry Certification: RETA Certification Preferred (Full Company Sponsorship & Funding Provided for Training/Testing if Needed)

Work Schedule: Stable, Predictable 2nd Shift Operating Monday through Friday | 100% On-Site Infrastructure Position

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial ammonia refrigeration systems, compressors, and cooling towers.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems, power distribution networks, and production machinery controls.
• Collaborate with safety team to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Perform mechanical and facility maintenance tasks to support production operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work activities to uphold manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience working on industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Solid background in diagnosing and repairing industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to commit to a consistent 2nd shift schedule.
• Strong work ethic and history of reliability in previous roles.
• Located within a reasonable commute to Fort Atkinson, WI.
