Bold North is actively hiring motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in roofing, restoration, exterior construction, and sales.
Whether you're transitioning from military service, recently completed a SkillBridge program, or simply have a strong work ethic and desire to succeed, we provide the training, mentorship, and support needed to build a rewarding career.
No roofing experience required.
We are looking for people who are coachable, disciplined, competitive, and ready to build relationships with homeowners while helping them protect and restore their properties.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners and property owners
- Perform exterior property inspections
- Identify roofing, siding, window, gutter, and restoration opportunities
- Help homeowners navigate insurance claims when storm damage exists
- Present repair and replacement solutions
- Manage projects from inspection through completion
- Build relationships within your community
- Generate referrals and repeat business
- Work alongside experienced sales leaders and mentors
