JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for data management and analytics, visualization and dashboards, and internal and external reporting needs to support Finance and Operations. JOB DUTIES:
40% Data Systems and Analytics:
Develops administers and manages data decision tools and web applications used in HR and Finance. Performs analytical and reporting responsibilities.
Builds and maintains visualization reports dashboards and complex Excel models.
Performs ad hoc analysis and reporting to inform decision making.20% Technical Expertise:
Maintains knowledge of various HR and Finance systems and business processes including hardware software and custom web applications.
Provides end user support documentation and training for those systems.
Research IT and business process solutions and makes recommendations to improve efficiency.20 % System Administration
Develops and supports various web data management and visualization applications used in HR and Finance.
Provides coding administration and content updates as needed to support the HR and Finance teams.
Supports data quality maintenance in all HRIS systems as directed.
Develops and maintains reports using SQL and other applicable reporting languages20 % Project Management and Communications:
Coordinates and engages with other teams to deliver track progress and measure impact of work performed.
Proactively builds alliances with stakeholders to support user adoption and understanding of work outputs.
Facilitates training workshops and other engagement activities. JOB CODE:

Regular FTE Staff Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma and experience in data management and analytics. A bachelor's degree in a related area may be substituted for the required work experience. Fundamental working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to apply in varied situations. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines. ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL:
