Hybrid Accounts Payable Manager

Salary: $75-95k. Do you thrive in an AP leadership role where you oversee processes, controls, and team output? If so, you may be a perfect fit. Responsibilities Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across invoice processing and payments. Review and approve vendor master data, ensuring all regulatory, tax, and banking requirements are met. Lead efforts to improve AP workflows, including automation initiatives and process standardization. Monitor AP aging and drive resolution of discrepancies, outstanding balances, and credit issues. Provide oversight of payment processing activities and ensure proper controls are followed. Support and guide team members while coordinating with internal departments to resolve escalated issues. Qualifications 3–5+ years of Accounts Payable experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Strong understanding of the full AP cycle, internal controls, and vendor management processes. Experience reviewing and approving work, including vendor data and payment transactions. Background in ERP systems such as Sage Intacct or similar platforms. Ability to identify process improvements and support automation initiatives. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to lead and influence others. Have ability to pass a background check, credit check, and drug test.
