Workers Compensation Administrative Associate

Job Summary The Workers’ Compensation Administrative Associate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to adjusters and other staff as needed, supporting the overall goals of the organization and ensuring excellent customer service. Job Functions Effectively assist adjusters with the notation of medical documentation and indexing Provide accurate data entry with Workers Compensation claims and imaging systems Provide backup for incoming mail processing and scanning Serve as back-up for the Receptionist (break, lunch, etc.) as needed Assist with the accurate and timely processing of medical bills and mail-outs Perform all actions relating to customers and companies in a manner that will avoid issues involving potential errors and omissions Participate in seminars and other training to maintain required licenses and for knowledge and skill development Additional Responsibilities This job description is intended to describe the level of work required of the person performing the position.
