Community Leasing Specialist: Tours, Occupancy & Retention

Biggs Property Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent for our Silver Oaks community. The role focuses on greeting prospective residents, conducting tours, and driving occupancy through effective marketing and leasing activities. The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of leasing or sales experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.
