Creating a world where we all have more time with the people we love.The Opportunity:The Associate International Product Manager, Sequencing Systems Software, is responsible for driving the global brand and product strategy for the AXELIOS 1 software and analysis ecosystem, and for delivering on its execution.Key Roles & Responsibilities: The key accountabilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Support key commercial activities on dedicated product development projects for sequencing platform management software and analysis tools to drive customer focus throughout the processDrive commercial success of on-market productsProvide technical commercial support and guidance to regional commercial teams on the product portfolio and customer interactions as needed Identify and evaluate product gaps and opportunities based on market, customer and competitive data analysisUtilize VOC to create, refine, analyze and prioritize product requirements from existing and potential customersContribute to planning and execution of marketing strategy incl. branding management, clear positioning, and messaging as a subject matter expertHelp drive and coordinate development of marketing and educational collateral and activities for software products and analysis toolsSupport strategy and co-promotional activities with key data analysis collaboratorsContribute to International Business Team meetings (IBT)Maintain up to date knowledge of the global market for the appropriate market segmentsFoster a strong team spirit and take on the role of ‘product champion'Other duties as assigned by managementWho You Are:The following are requirements for the individual in this position:University Degree in Marketing, Science or related technical discipline1 - 2 years sales/marketing experience in life sciences, diagnostic and/or pharmaceutical industryExperience with sequencing products, software and analysis tools, and understanding of laboratory needs strongly preferredExperience in product management/development or successful track record with complex product launches desiredExperience with software lifecycle, software engineering and or bioinformatics desiredStrong communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams autonomouslyLocation: Remote – This position can be based anywhere in the US.Relocation benefits are not available for this position.The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Pleasanton, CA is $109,100- $202,500. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
