Located on the boarder of Nassau and Suffolk Counties in Long Island and on the Rt 110 Corridor, they service clients throughout the New York Metropolitan area.Specializing in the representation of a diverse clientele in the acquisition, sale and development of commercial real property, as well as, complex commercial and land use litigation matters in both State and Federal Court.Main Qualifications• Minimum of three years of experience within Commercial Real Estate• Team player with strong organizational and computer skills and the ability to work independently.• Experience in all facets of commercial litigation, including pleading stage, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals.• Working knowledge of e-discovery platforms as well as e-filing requirements in both state and federal court.
