Receptionist

Job Summary A professional office team in Clermont, KY is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The Receptionist will support daily front-office operations, help maintain a welcoming and organized workplace, and provide administrative support across departments. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, vendors, business partners, and guests while creating a professional and friendly first impression. Answer incoming phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate departments or contacts. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, correspondence, product samples, and vendor shipments. Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and front-office supplies to ensure a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, document preparation, appointment scheduling, and record maintenance. Communicate with internal departments, suppliers, distributors, and customers regarding general inquiries, deliveries, and office needs. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $20 per hour. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Job Type: Temp-to-hire. Required Qualifications and Skills High school diploma required. At least 1 year of prior office experience required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude. Strong work ethic with a diplomatic, team-oriented, and service-focused approach. Ability to build positive working relationships with coworkers, visitors, vendors, and business partners. Assertive, resourceful, motivated, and willing to ask questions and take initiative. Preferred Qualifications Prior receptionist, front desk, switchboard, or administrative office experience. Experience coordinating visitor check-ins, deliveries, calendars, meeting rooms, or office supply inventory. Comfort communicating with suppliers, distributors, vendors, and internal departments.
