You will train them on both the practical skills of being a caregiver and the soft skills of working with our residents.Responsibilities:Teach skill competency and clinical reasoningDemonstrate the concepts of good patient careCreate a supportive and empowering learning environmentDocument employees' progress through testing and observationFollow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policiesQualifications:Active CNA & CMA licenseMinimum of two years clinical experiencePrior experience training employeesPassion and drive for helping othersA desire to continue learning and improving your skillsetAt Edgewood, vaccinations are a choice.
