Nurses on this unit love the fun they have with their co-workers while providing a high level of specialized care. *This is a 36 hour position on the night shift (7p-7a). You will be working three 12-hour shifts per week. Positions include weekend and holiday rotation.****$4000 Early Acceptance Incentive potential for nursing students who apply at least 6 weeks prior to their graduation date and sign their offer letter within 1 week of when the offer is presented.*****The Work:*** Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.* Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.* Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.* Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel.
