A general practice Summerville law firm is seeking a Paralegal with 5+ years of experience in Personal Injury and Family law experience. Excellent, professional and work environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury & Family Law case management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with case management software
- Professional demeanor and appearance required
- Type 50+wpm
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent computer skills
- Daily contact with clients
- Handle case load of 60+ cases
- Type legal correspondence
- Collect medical records & bills
- Draft demand packages
- Set up IME's
- Draft Briefs
- Case management software
