This rewarding opportunity offers a competitive wage of $17.50–$22.17/hour and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of teens who have experienced trauma and behavioral health challenges. New Vista provides specialized day treatment and outpatient services for adolescents working through experiences such as abuse, neglect, family separation, domestic violence, adoption‑related concerns, and other traumatic events. As a Human Service Worker, you'll help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where youth can build healthy coping skills, strengthen resilience, and move toward healing alongside a compassionate multidisciplinary team. What You’ll Do as a Human Service Worker Provide compassionate support and supervision to program participants Facilitate structured activities, skills groups, and daily routines Assist with crisis intervention and maintain a safe environment Document client interactions, progress, and observations accurately Collaborate with therapists, supervisors, and other team members Model positive behavior and healthy coping strategies Qualifications High school diploma or GED Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to stay calm, patient, and grounded during challenging situations Reliable, team‑oriented, and eager to learn Experience or education in mental/behavioral health is helpful but not required Must pass a background check and meet WBH hiring standards Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase Apply Today Ready to make a real impact?
