Registered Nurse, 5 West, Inpatient Pulmonary, Per Diem

Responsibilities Utilizes the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient care from admission to discharge, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient population. Performs patient assessment and reassessment according to standard procedure. Develops and coordinates an individual plan of care, including discharge planning. Directs, supervises, coordinates, and evaluates nursing care within the assigned clinical setting. Delegates appropriately to others in accordance with job description and competency level. Position Qualifications License/Certification/Education: Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration (required). BLS is a requirement for every RN unless ACLS certification is current, in addition to any unit‑specific certifications and competencies (required). Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred. Experience/Skills: Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing.
