Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty – The Salas Team is looking for a Bilingual Client Loyalty Specialist who knows how to turn a simple conversation into a lasting connection. In this role, you’ll stay in touch with the people who have trusted our team, make sure they continue to feel supported, and create reasons for them to think of us when real estate comes up again.

You’ll be speaking with clients in English and Spanish , checking in, listening for opportunities to help, celebrating milestones, gathering feedback, and keeping relationships warm over time.

This isn’t a role where you simply make calls and check boxes. You are the voice of the relationship after the sale.

$15 hourly plus bonuses

What you’ll do:

• Connect with current and past clients by phone to strengthen long-term relationships

• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules

• Have opportunities to grow in a real estate career if you pursue a real estate license

• Meet daily activity goals while maintaining a professional, consultative approach

What success looks like at 6 months:

• High enrollment rate, consistent call metrics, and high client satisfaction scores

What you bring (must-haves):

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

• Strong customer service and phone skills

• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging clients over the phone.
  

• Nice-to-haves:

• Sales or call-center experience

• Texas real estate license or pursuing growth opportunities
