Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding mortgage options and processes
- Gather necessary documentation for mortgage applications
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process
- Educate clients on loan products and financial solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and real estate professionals
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations
- Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities
- Support the team in achieving sales and service targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or related field is a plus
- NMLS License
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of mortgage products and services is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams
