Floor & Decor is seeking a Training Lead to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience by providing exceptional service and accurate product information. You will deliver training, monitor certification courses, and reinforce the company’s basic P's of retail—People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion.
