You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Enterprise and Cyber Security Architecture Manager directs the program to develop, maintain, and leverage key Enterprise Architecture (EA) principles across the organization which may include enterprise-wide Core initiatives, Security Architecture (SA), and/or cloud strategy and transformation.Primary ResponsibilitiesLeads the creation or evolution of the EA/SA function, including the coordination of an appropriately balanced pursuit of enterprise information systems, data, technical, and solution architecture viewpointsPartners with TODD and business leaders to understand, support, and advance the enterprise's business and technology strategiesLeads the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to derive enterprise business, information, technical, and solution architecture requirementsAnalyzes industry, technology, and market trends to determine their potential impacts on the enterpriseAnalyzes the current business and technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommends solutions for improvementLeads the development of an implementation plan for EA/SA based on business requirements and technology strategiesOversees EA/SA implementation, ongoing refinement activities, and the documentation of all design and analysis workConsults with program/project teams to fit solutions to architecture across all viewpointsStandardizes infrastructure and application architecture and frameworks for on-premises and in cloudPromotes the EA/SA process, outcomes, and results to the organization, including the enterprise's technology and business leadersPartners across Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data (TODD) to ensure controls are designed, implemented, and monitored to strengthen risk management, compliance, and cyber security, effectively mitigating risk to levels within the company’s risk appetiteEnsures disciplined change management by evaluating risk and control impacts when designing or implementing changes to processes, systems, products, and/or servicesThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related fieldEight (8) years of experience in two or more technology disciplines in a heterogeneous environment such as technical architecture, security architecture, solution architecture, network management, application development, middleware design, information analysis, database management, or operations managementTwo (2) years of supervisory or managerial experiencePreferencesExperience in DevSecOps and Cloud deploymentExperience working in Banking or Financial Services environments and technology systemsDemonstrated track record of leading key initiatives toward the successful attainment of challenging goalsKnowledge of application development processes, DevOps, Agile, Information Security Architecture Principals, Secure Coding Practices, and business re-engineering principles and processesSkills and CompetenciesAdvanced communication, planning, and organizational skillsAdvanced leadership and mentoring skillsExpert-level knowledge of risks associated with virtualization and cloud-based computing and the impact of those technologies on the organization’s security postureExpert-level knowledge of security principles, solutions, tools, methodologies, and techniquesStrong knowledge of all components of a holistic EA and SAStrong knowledge of and experience with management (theory and practice)Strong knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processesUnderstanding of and ability to interpret applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidanceThe ideal candidate for this position is a strategic architecture leader with strong financial services experience who can effectively partner with Corporate Banking executives and senior stakeholders. This individual combines deep enterprise and security architecture expertise with strong business acumen, enabling them to translate complex business challenges into actionable technology strategies. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence decision-making across business and technology organizations while driving secure, scalable, and business-aligned architecture outcomes.Preferred QualificationsProven experience engaging with executive leadership, senior business stakeholders, and technology leaders to influence strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.Demonstrated ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into enterprise technology, security, and architecture strategies that support organizational objectives.Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking products, services, processes, and technology ecosystems, with the ability to align architecture roadmaps to evolving business priorities.Experience developing and communicating architecture strategies and technology roadmaps to both technical and non-technical audiences.Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence across multiple levels of the organization.Experience balancing business growth objectives, technology modernization efforts, security requirements, and regulatory expectations within a complex enterprise environment.Banking/financial services experience strongly preferred.Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to facilitate discussions, challenge assumptions constructively, and provide strategic guidance to senior leaders.This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum:$184,297.85 USDMedian:$238,930.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan.
