Performance Driving: Utilize data and activity metrics to track progress, ensuring both your personal and team targets are met or exceeded. Your Background Proven Sales Acumen: At least 3+ years of success in a high‑volume sales or recruitment environment, consistently hitting or exceeding targets. Leadership Experience: A track record of hiring, leading, and motivating others to achieve collective goals. Market Intelligence: Deep experience in the industrial sector is preferred, with a solid understanding of market rates, pricing negotiation, and client conversion.
