SUQUAMISH EVERGREEN COORPORATION (SEC)AGATE DREAMSBud TenderGeneral Position Summary:This position provides Spectacular Service to all store guests and is responsible for positive and knowledgeable interactions focused on customer service and information sharing.Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:Completes retail sales transactions (credit card and point of sale) in compliance with established policies and proceduresPossesses a strong level of telephone etiquetteDemonstrates knowledge of cannabis products and strains to include Sativa, Indica and HybridsProvides recommendations regarding appropriate usage and dosage based on method of consumptionUpdates management regularly on customer buying patterns and interactionsDemonstrates an understanding of regulatory compliance and upholds all policies and procedures unique to the industryActively promotes spectacular customer service and aides in creating a welcoming atmospherePromotes a professional demeanor in all interactions and transactionsResponds to guest’s questions regarding flowers, strains, creams, oils, waxes, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, vape/e-pensStocks productActively identifies areas for cost savingsSecondary Functions:Responsible to maintain a safe environment for guests and colleaguesAll other duties as assignedEducation and/or Experience:Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid State of Washington Driver’s LicenseExperience and/or education in the cannabis industry to include store product knowledgeHigh school diploma or GED, requiredJob Conditions:Working conditions include working in a retail setting with a computer, telephone, point-of-sale system and other office equipment. Other working conditions may include working alone, or in a busy retail venue with frequent interruptions. May have access to other management offices as needed to perform duties, as assigned.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift 50 lbs. while standing, twisting, or bending.
