Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Location Highlights

Youngtown offers access to the northwest Phoenix metro with convenient recreation and day-trip options. Youngtown is about 10 miles from downtown Glendale and near State Farm Stadium and Westgate Entertainment District, which provide shopping, dining, and major events. Lake Pleasant Regional Park is roughly 20 miles north and offers boating, fishing, and hiking in a desert setting. The area also provides access to Loop 101 and US 60, making travel around the Valley and trips to downtown Phoenix about 20 miles away manageable.
