Member Experience Coordinator

Maine Public

Maine Public is seeking two full-time Administrative Assistants to join our Membership team. These roles serve as the first point of contact in a busy office, assisting with day-to-day Membership and Audience Services tasks. Responsibilities include responding to email and phone inquiries, welcoming guests, troubleshooting member issues, data entry and database maintenance, and processing member payments and acknowledgements.
