Medical Records Specialist

Northwell Health

Northwell Health in New York is seeking a discharge processing clerk to handle document prep, scanning and indexing, and to interact with nursing and support staff across the hospital. Responsibilities include retrieving medical records of discharged patients, reconciling records with discharge reports, following up on outstanding cases, and ensuring timely, accurate paperwork.
