ESI specializes in Underground Utilities, Milling, Asphalt, Paving, Grading, Concrete, and Earthwork for commercial, municipal, and federal projects. Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator will support and execute ESI's marketing and communications initiatives. This position will collaborate with executive leadership, business development, estimating, operations, and human resources to develop marketing materials, coordinate proposal efforts, manage digital content, promote completed projects, and increase ESI's visibility throughout Colorado's construction industry. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, detail-oriented coordinator, and creative problem-solver who can manage multiple deadlines and day-to-day marketing activities. Experience in construction, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, or another professional services environment is preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the execution of ESI's annual marketing strategy and maintain the communications calendar. Maintain consistent branding across proposals, presentations, advertisements, signage, digital platforms, and recruiting materials. Create project profiles, qualification packages, brochures, presentations, resumes, and award submissions. Support proposals, statements of qualifications, interviews, and client presentations in partnership with business development and estimating. Manage website content, search engine optimization, LinkedIn, and other appropriate digital channels. Visit project sites to gather photographs, video, employee stories, and project information. Develop campaigns showcasing ESI's asphalt, concrete, earthwork, and underground utility capabilities. Support recruitment through job advertisements, career materials, social media, and employer-branding initiatives. Coordinate company events, trade shows, client functions, sponsorships, charitable activities, and community involvement. Coordinate with outside photographers, graphic designers, printers, advertising partners, and other vendors. Maintain an organized library of project photographs, qualifications, employee resumes, awards, and marketing assets. Monitor performance and report on website activity, social engagement, campaigns, and other key metrics. Assist leadership with internal communications, company announcements, and special projects. Track marketing expenses and assist with budget coordination. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Two or more years of professional marketing, communications, proposal, or related experience. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills. Experience producing proposals, presentations, brochures, digital content, or similar business-development materials. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, content-management systems, email-marketing platforms, CRM systems, or similar tools. Working knowledge of social media management, digital marketing, and search engine optimization. Ability to collaborate with executives, office staff, estimators, project managers, and field personnel. Valid driver's license and ability to visit project sites and attend occasional company or industry events. Preferred Qualifications Marketing experience within heavy civil construction, general contracting, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, or a related industry. Experience supporting government and commercial proposal development. Familiarity with Colorado's construction, development, municipal, and transportation markets. Photography, videography, graphic-design, or video-editing experience. Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Ability to visit active construction sites and comply with all ESI safety requirements. Ability to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while visiting project sites. Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
