The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal. This position requires a strong command of California civil procedure, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
You will serve as the operational backbone of complex litigation matters, managing court filings, coordinating case deadlines, supporting discovery efforts, and assisting with trial preparation.

Job Details

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:

• Minimum of 5+ years of civil litigation experience in California
• Experience supporting complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Prior experience in a fast-paced plaintiff-side or defense litigation environment strongly preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of California civil litigation procedures and court rules
