Credentials Coordinator – Medical Staff

St. Helena, CA 94574
13-Week Contract

$1,750/Week
Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Onsite Only | 40 Hours/Week

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Medical Staff Services/Credentialing experience
• CPCS or CPMSM certification required
• EPIC experience required
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Associate/Technical Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage credentialing activities including appointment, reappointment, privileging, and focused professional practice evaluations/proctoring
• Maintain accurate, complete, error-free credentialing files and ensure timely processing
• Support provider onboarding, including computer access, training, orientation, and badging
• Maintain knowledge of medical staff bylaws, rules, regulations, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with maintaining the medical staff database
• Maintain strict confidentiality of medical staff information
• Perform other related duties as assigned
