Production Machine Operators
Our client, in Thorp, WI an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking dedicated and motivated Production Machine Operators to join their team. As a Production Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting a dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
Location: Thorp, WI
Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.50
1st- M- TH 5:00am-3:30pm with, overtime as needed Fridays 2nd -M-TH 3:25pm 1:55am M-TH, overtime as needed Fridays
What's the Job?
- Read, understand, and follow production schedules
- Set up and adjust equipment
- Gather materials as needed
- Perform quality checks
- Operate motorized equipment (i.e. forklift, lifts, etc.) as needed
- Perform minor preventative maintenance and operator care as required
- Perform housekeeping duties
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
What's Needed?
- One-year experience in a manufacturing setting
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with measuring tools like tape measure and caliper
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
