General Production Worker (Entry-Level)

Pay & Schedule

• Day Shift 7am-7pm Monday-Thursday $20/hr
• Nigh Shift 7pm-7am Monday-Thursday $21/hr

What You’ll Do

• Assemble large industrial batteries using tools and equipment
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy using a tape measure
• Operate machines and production equipment
• Record measurements and production details
• Help with general labor tasks like moving materials and cleaning work areas
• Follow safety and production guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months of manufacturing, production, or general labor experience
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for long shifts (8–10+ hours)
• Basic measurement skills (tape measure)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to train on first shift and move to second shift
• Team player with a strong work ethic

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Weirton, WV.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
