Registered Nurse - Acute Care - Regional Float Pool

Role Overview: Float Pool Registered Nurses (RNs) provide direct patient care across multiple hospitals within a multidisciplinary team environment. They support high-acuity acute care units, utilizing evidence-based practices, and prioritize patient safety, wellness, and quality outcomes. They serve as preceptors for new staff and adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting. Responsibilities: Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, collaborate with team members, and contribute to a safe, efficient healthcare environment. Support specialty education and maintain competency through ongoing training and clinical guidance.
