What You’ll Own Serve as the dedicated on-site HR leader supporting approximately 65 employees Lead the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, and offboarding Drive high-volume recruiting for customer service and sales positions, including converting temporary talent into long-term team members Build and strengthen HR programs, leadership development, and training initiatives Partner with corporate HR on benefits administration while payroll is managed centrally Act as a trusted advisor in a client-facing environment, balancing business needs with exceptional employee support What We’re Looking For 7+ years of progressive HR experience with ownership of an HR function Strong HR generalist background with significant full-cycle recruiting experience Experience supporting customer-facing operations or working closely with external clients A confident, steady HR professional who can navigate complex situations with professionalism and sound judgment Someone who enjoys working independently while collaborating with a broader HR team A builder’s mindset—you like creating processes, improving programs, and leaving things better than you found them What You’ll Receive $90K+ starting base salary (depending on experience) Quarterly profit-sharing opportunity Full-time, on-site role in the Phoenix area The autonomy of leading your own market, backed by an established North American HR team Looking for an HR role where you can truly make an impact—not just maintain what's already in place?
