Job Title: Human Resources and Payroll Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Oversee payroll, onboarding, and retention of staff, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, payroll and HR compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to department managers and staff on HR-related and payroll matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• HR leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare or similar setting as well as payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations

We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR department. This role is instrumental in managing all aspects of HR and talent management within the organization.
