Individual development and training plans with dedicated budget We prioritize health: A positive working environment, 24/7 hotline for enhanced mental health, bike leasing, coffee & tea and fresh fruit Plenty of staff events throughout the year Work-life balance through flexible working hours and hybrid working models Work from anywhere: Worldwide ‘Workation’ for up to 4 weeks a year This is what your day will look like Drive the development of one of the services in the field of (electric) power system operation from the conceptual phase until and including the roll out to production through the service development projects Cooperate closely with internal and external stakeholders (with strong focus on our customers the Transmission System Operators for electricity) and deliver the service development roadmaps that ensure compliance with EU regulatory requirements for Regional Coordination Centers Deliveroverall service design of regional coordination services with regards to needed capabilities, resources, processes, and systems Supervise quality of the implemented services (based on KPI reports) and drive continuous improvements through the service management processes and service development projects Prepare detailed service offerings for customers (for Service Level Agreements) including proposal of service KPIs that are aligned with financial aspects Provide advice and guidance to the management on service-related issues within the area of responsibility Coordinate service onboarding to colleagues and ensure knowledge management throughout company value chain Ensure alignment and integration of multiple cross-service functions to deliver consistent, efficient, and financially optimized cross-services performance across the organization You come with Bachelor's Degree in Power Systems / Electrical Engineering or similar 5+ years of experience in power system engineering, ideally experience in a TSO / transmission system operation business.
