• Manages assigned contractual duties as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
• Manages minor renovation and remove construction projects.
• Manages facilities in an energy-efficient manner through proper control of building systems.
• Maintains health and safety training.

You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one of the following:

Experience: One (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as:

• Provides technical support and advice on building operations, maintenance, repair and alteration programs.
• Advises agency management on optional use of building facilities.
• Monitors the building automation system

Supervisory Probationary Period: This is a supervisory position. Under provisions of the Civil Service Reform Act, first time supervisors and/or managers will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period. You may also be required to complete an appropriate supervisory training course within one year of assignment to this position.
