Lead Rehabilitation Services at Providence Medford Medical Center. This posting represents Full-Time, Day Schedule. The Lead Rehab Therapist spends up to 20% of time in administrative duties to support clinic daily operations. Provides direct patient care therapy for service area (80% of time or more). Required qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiology; from an accredited program. Or * Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiology; from an accredited program. Or * Ph.D. in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiology; from an accredited program.

• Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License. Or
• Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License. Or
• Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License. Or
• Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist Permit.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position. Fingerprinting may be required. (PL 540 and 580 only). * 2 years Experience working as a therapist (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiologist). The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
