Urology Associates of Fredericksburg is seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant to join our growing private urology practice. We are looking for a dependable, professional, and patient-focused individual who works well in a fast-paced clinical enviroment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Take patient vital signs and record medical history
- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers
- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for testing
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records
- Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care

Skills:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
