Staff cares for high acuity specialty patients, such as stable heart and lung transplants, ventricular assist devices and ECMO patients.Ratios are 1:2-3 days/1:2-3 nights. BLS requiredACLS preferred2 years of prior experience required (must have 2 years exp in large, urban hospital)Drips are required on all floorsEPIC charting experience requiredFirst timers NOT accepted (will consider if the traveler has 2 years of experience at a Level l Academic Medical Center)In addition to CNAs, care teams include care techs, transport team, swoop/paramedics.
