Chief of Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery

Greater Austin, Texas

Position Highlights:

Shape and scale the pediatric orthopedic program
High acuity pediatric cases
Work in a collaborative, physician-led culture
1:8 call structure
Academic appointment with Baylor College of Medicine

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive compensation starting at $645,000
$50K sign-on bonus
$10K relocation assistance
Full benefits package
401K with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%
457(f) retirement plan with employer contribution
Malpractice coverage and CME support

Qualifications:

MD or DO
Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship trained in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery
Eligible for Texas medical licensure
Interest in program development and clinical growth
