Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Opportunity at Heritage Specialty CareCare Initiatives is now hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team at Heritage Specialty Care, a 171 bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa!Heritage Specialty Care has a CCDI unit. This site became Seasons Memory Care Certified in 2026.In June 2026, we continued our investment in Heritage Specialty Care via welcoming a diversified healthcare leader into our newly created role of Assistant Administrator. The intent of the Assistant Administrator is to collaborate with the Administrator and department heads on goals and initiatives, further strengthening the entirety of the leadership team while promoting positive outcomes, helping drive culture, and intentionally focusing on customer service excellence. If you're a dedicated and engaged leader looking to make meaningful impacts, this is your opportunity to shine!What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned skilled nursing facility to ensure quality of care and operational excellence.Lead and support teams by fostering collaborations, compassion, continuous improvement, and staff development.Develop and execute operational strategies to maintain high-quality resident care and positive outcomes.Promote a strong culture of service, accountability, and resident-centered care.Qualifications:Valid Iowa Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing required, or ability to activate NHA licensure in Iowa.Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing is highly desired.
