Responsibilities Coordinate departmental and financial activities for a 600,000‑square‑foot property management office and conference center. Ensure the conference center is prepared for events, including walk‑ins and outside meetings. Answer calls, respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Code invoices and perform general administrative duties. Qualifications Strong customer service orientation. Professional and polished demeanor. Excellent communication skills. Detail‑oriented and organized. Nice to Have Experience with invoice coding. Education & Experience Preferred: college degree or some college coursework. Years of experience: open.
