CVOR Registered Nurse – Cardiac & Vascular Surgery – Columbus, OH

• Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours/Week: 36 hours (3 shifts)

• Licenses/Certifications: BLS required
• Experience: 2+ years in cardiac, vascular, transplant, Level I Trauma setting; 1 year CVOR experience

What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized perioperative nursing care in cardiac, vascular, and transplant surgeries
• Assist with procedures in a high-volume CVOR setting
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC Electronic Charting System
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
• Support trauma and emergency procedures when needed

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in cardiac, vascular, or transplant nursing
• At least 1 year CVOR experience in a Level I Trauma hospital
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar EHR systems
• Strong clinical skills in cardiovascular, thoracic, vascular, and transplant nursing
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to schedule demands
