Virtual Account Support Associate | Remote | Entry-Level
Our team is seeking a dependable Account Support Associate to assist with client communication, follow-ups, and account-related activities. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain practical experience while working remotely.
Who We’re Looking For
Good communication and organizational skills
Professional approach when working with clients
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks
Comfortable using email, online platforms, and basic computer tools
Self-motivated and dependable
Experience is helpful but not required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop
Responsibilities
Assist with routine client account support
Respond to general client questions and requests
Help maintain organized account information
Follow up on assigned client activities
Coordinate information between clients and team members
Support daily team goals and assigned projects
