CHIEF OF Staff

To support the Co-Heads of Global Investments, the full-time Chief of Staff will manage strategic priorities, serve as a liaison to key stakeholders, and ensure the quality of executive-level materials in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities Represent the Co-Heads of Global Investments with senior leaders and maintain strong internal relationships Shape agendas and content for leadership meetings, ensuring discussions are focused and decision-oriented Act as a quality control checkpoint for executive materials, providing actionable feedback to improve content Required qualifications Well-established internal network across Investments and enterprise functions Proven ability to influence and navigate across multiple groups quickly Experience with strategy development and executive presentations Strong understanding of the Investments business and operating model Ability to operate at a high pace with shifting priorities
